a. Check to ensure you are using your correct Red Energy customer number to login (which is located on the top right hand corner of your bill) or  contact us to send us a message and we will get back to you soon.

q. My membership has expired, how can I renew it?
a. Please contact us or Red Energy who supplied you with your membership on 131 806 or email

q. How do i use the App
  1. Download the Red Energy Rewards® App to your smartphone or device
  2. Enter your Red Energy customer number
  3. If you haven’t already registered on this website, you will be prompted to fill out your details and assign a password.
q. I know of a great business that I would like to see added to the Red Energy Rewards® Program, how can I have it included?
a. Fantastic, we are always looking to grow and improve the Red Energy Rewards® program for our members! Contact us to let us know about the business you would like to see added and we will do our best to include them.

q. Who should I contact if I have had a problem using my Digital Card at one of the participating businesses?
a. All businesses that are listed on the Red Energy Rewards® program should accept your Digital Card. If there is an issue, please contact us to let us know. We will work to rectify any issues with the establishment as quickly as possible.

q. Who should I contact if I was not happy with the food and/or service at one of the participating businesses?
a. Businesses that are part of the Red Energy Rewards® program are chosen based on positive reviews or recommendations. If you feel that the business you visited was not up to standard for any reason, contact us to provide feedback.

q. Can you offer a customised dining program that I could provide as a benefit to my employees, customers or members?
a. Yes, at Entertainment™ Publications we can customise a program specifically to the needs of your customers, members or employees. If this is something that you would like to speak to us about directly, send us your details.
